Do you do custom orders? TOP
Yes, I can put together a custom order for you! If you don't see it, just use the "Contact Us" link to let me know exactly what you have in mind and I will do my best to accommodate you.

How is my order shipped? TOP

In order to keep our shipping costs low, I use Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. If you need an order shipped very quickly, I will gladly ship your package via UPS or FedEx. Please contact me before you place your order and I will make the appropriate arrangements for shipping you order.

What is your normal lead time? TOP

Orders usually ship within 10-14 days (pettiskirts excluded) depending on the order. Shipping time varies from 3-8 days depending on where it is being shipped. Sometimes, I can accommodate a rush order. Please contact me if you need your oder by a specific date. Depending on my order load, there may be a $5 rush fee when requested around peak order time such as the holidays, beginning of school year, etc...  On most items, (pettiskirts excluded) I usually ship in 7 days without the rush fee, but please be sure to contact me if you need it more quickly. Iwill do my best to meet your needs.

Will my personal information be shared with anyone? TOP

Absolutely not! I respect your privacy and I will never sell or share your information with ANY outside party. Your information is used solely for the purpose of processing and shipping of your order. I sometimes offer specials, product updates, and new product announcements via an email newsletter throughout the year. You're email will be added to this list unless you specify that you do not want to receive the newsletter.

What is your return policy? TOP

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me. I am happy to refund any non-personalized purchase within 10 days of the shipping date. However, shipping is not refundable. Items returned must be received unworn and unused. Returns are subject to a thorough inspection upon arrival and credit is pending upon arrival and inspection of the item(s). Personalized items cannot be returned except in the case of an error on the part of Kerri's Kreations or if you receive defective goods. Please be sure to double check your spelling before placing your order!

Do you gift wrap? TOP
Regardless if they are gift items or not, smaller items are shipped in my personalized bags with tissue paper. Larger items such as tutus & pettiskirts will be wrapped in tissue and tied with a decorative ribbon. If you would like something more than this, please let me know and I can accomodate you! If you have your item shipped to a different address, your invoice will be sent to you in an envelope.
